Terms and Conditions – Summer Camp

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child being registered, and I agree to the following terms and conditions governing their participation in the More Than Lenses Media & Art Summer Camp.

1. Consent to Participate

I give my full consent for my child to participate in all activities and programs organized during the More Than Lenses Media & Art Summer Camp, taking place from August 4th to 30th, 2025. I understand that the camp includes a range of creative and artistic disciplines such as photography, filmmaking, makeup artistry, fashion, painting, baking, and content creation.

2. Accuracy of Information

I confirm that all information provided during registration is true and complete. I also agree to promptly update the organizers of any relevant changes before or during the camp.

3. Consent for Photography & Videography

I grant full permission to More Than Lenses, as well as its approved sponsors and partners, to photograph and film my child during the camp. These materials may be used by the organizers and their direct partners for publicity, educational campaigns, reports, and promotional content across social media and digital platforms. I understand that these visuals will be handled professionally and not used for commercial resale.

4. Child Protection & Supervision Policy

I acknowledge and agree to abide by the camp’s child protection and safety policy:

The camp environment will be secure and supervised by trained staff and volunteers.
My child will not be allowed to leave the venue before official closing hours without prior authorization.
More Than Lenses will maintain accurate attendance and sign-out logs throughout the camp.
Children will only be released to authorized individuals with a valid pickup or sign-out card.
5. Responsibility of Supervision

I understand that the organizers are only responsible for supervising my child during official camp hours and within the camp premises. I agree to arrange prompt drop-off and pickup.

6. Health and Safety

I confirm that my child is fit to participate in all camp activities. I will disclose any medical needs, allergies, or conditions before the camp begins. I also consent to my child receiving appropriate emergency care if necessary during the program.

7. Non-Refundable Fees

I understand that the registration fee is non-refundable except in the case of program cancellation by the organizers.
